My principles
I do not adhere rigidly to a single school. Things are usually different than they seem on the surface: I should say I am a fan of an eclectic approach.
I look for a psychological package suitable for the particular client and I only decide on its composition after the initial interview. I “mix” in some Cognitive Behavioral approaches, Psychoanalysis, some Logotherapy, Existential Analysis with bits and pieces of Transactional Analysis focusing on the importance of communication, kind assertiveness and other approaches and skills such as relaxation, Autogenic Training, Mindfulness, Art therapy and others.
